As part of our service guarantee*, you may return, exchange, or replace any
product bought from us for any reason within 30 days! (*Excludes Pre-Painted, Personalized and Monogrammed items that are NOT eligable for return.)

Please follow these return guidelines:

1. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days of receipt (RGA number not needed).

2. Returns after 30 Days will NOT be accepted without an RGA number

3. If you return the product without an RGA it may be refused or returned.Call 1-888-326-0054 x 339
for a return authorization number. Complete the information below and include this form with your return.

4. If your order was paid for with a credit card, the same card will be credited.

5. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by UPS or Insured Parcel Post

6. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

7. If you have received an item that was damaged during transit please contact UPS to refuse shipment, then contact us so that we can send out your replacement as quickly as possible.

9. Authorized returns after 30 days will be issued replacement merchandise only.
